“Daniel, Owen, and Brad from Gross Heating installed a new gas efficient furnace and a new air conditioner by Carrier, also a new thermostat. The guys did a fantastic job, they worked together as a team. When items were installed, Daniel explained the use of the thermostat and walked me through the items on the furnace and how they operated. Very informative. I am soooo thrilled to have these items, especially the air conditioning. When the guys were testing out the heat, then the air conditioning test came next….I had to go outside to warm up. It really did get cold.

“Great work! Carrier Air and Heating installed to replace 15 year old furnace and 30 year old air. My house needed 2 additional return air ducts to increase air flow. All work was completed on time and on budget in two days in June, 2023. Duct work was exceptional. New system includes a 4 inch air filter which is much better than my old 1 inch filter. Brad, Daniel and Joe took good care of my house while they worked. Floors were covered and care was taken during removal of old equipment. When the work was done all debris was removed and swept up leaving my house in great shape. The whole system was tested to ensure everything worked correctly. When the system was running Brad showed me how to work all of the features (replacing the filter, warning lights, etc). Gross Heating was recommended to me by a friend who was happy with their work previously. Price was very competitive. My thanks for a job well done. – Nick B.”

“This week I had a crew from Gross heating, install a new Unico air conditioner system. It was a week long very intense project. The crew lead was Jesse, working with James and Colton. I have lived in my house for 35 years and had many many workmen come through over the years, but this crew of workers was far and away the best I could imagine. They worked extremely hard in very warm conditions in my attic, never complained, went the extra mile to make sure every day of the week they left the house, spic and span, Answered every question I had, and just generally did an outstanding job, and took incredible pride in their work. Jesse is a wonderful leader for younger technicians to learn from his vast wealth of knowledge. I would absolutely recommend Gross heating to anybody, and they are definitely going to be our go to company for all of our heating and air conditioning needs.”
